Key Executive Officer

Adrian See, the Key Executive Officer (KEO) has more than ten years experience in the real estate industry and conducted more than 1000 transactions.

His acute assessment of the real estate market has helped multiple investors avoid the stress of managing their assets during the past market downturns.

He has also helped numerous sellers and landlords enjoy the process of disposing or leasing their properties with minimal stress and efforts.

His absolute love for real estate and integrity to his clients drives him to start Pegasus with the soul and culture to always put clients first.

Elaine

Tay

In her Honours year with NUS, Elaine began to intern as a financial planner with a well known Independent Financial Adviser. Having practiced for 10 over years , she acquired a deep understanding in personal wealth planning before embarking her journey into real estate.

She believes that real estate advisory and financial planning is tightly knitted and constantly encourages her clients to marry both in their property acquisition decisions. Her passion and expertise lies in serving buyers and is deeply convicted to represent their interests at all times.

Wan

Troy discovered his passion for real estate as early as 2004. Having almost 2 decades of experience in the industry, he helped hundreds of families find their dream homes. He constantly achieved record prices for his sellers and many of them , he still serves until today. He sees every client as a blessing and dedicates nothing short of his best for them.

For ten over years, he handholds his team to success , breaking sales figures for developers and crossed expansion targets for his partners. Even so, he never rest. He continues to sow his love into the industry and aspire to help more achieve their goals and dreams with him .

My boyfriend and I were first time buyers, and wanted a Condo for an investment. We had a lot of concerns, and fears about price decline that might occur after our purchase due to situations happening in local governance. Fortunately, we worked with Adrian because he showed us all of the facts and figures, plus researched 20 comparable condos for us.
