Adrian is definitely my go to for advice in properties. I recall one of the incidents where I was looking at a particular property and was going to make a cheque issuance and option to purchase. Our journey in getting our house was like a roller coaster ride. And we are blessed to have Troy to hop on this journey with us. He was extremely accommodating in our schedule and help us to co-ordinate with other sellers and agents for us to view the houses at late hours. He took effort in filtering out units that are not suitable for us saving us a lot of time so that we wont go down to see a unit that we do not want or cant afford. He also helped us with our budgeting and negotiated the price of the unit. Troy went the extra mile to advise us in issues that we faced with our loan and HDB. And it was all resolved! We are really thankful for the time and effort he spent in getting our beautiful home. We would definitely introduce him to our friends and relatives if they are buying or selling their properties!
