Adrian is definitely my go to for advice in properties. I recall one of the incidents where I was looking at a particular property and was going to make a cheque issuance and option to purchase. I decided to call Adrian to help me check out any possible blind spots. Thankfully, Adrian managed to find out that the unit doesn’t have its own strata title and in fact the rest of the units along the stretch shares one strata title. I could have made a purchase that I might have regretted. My boyfriend and I were first time buyers, and wanted a Condo for an investment. We had a lot of concerns, and fears about price decline that might occur after our purchase due to situations happening in local governance.
Fortunately, we worked with Adrian because he showed us all of the facts and figures, plus researched 20 comparable condos for us. He really went above and beyond to make sure we could make our decision in confidence. Because this was our first major investment, we must have been a major pain, but he was incredibly patient with us, and wesincerely appreciate it.

This may be a super late review but I wanted to give a shout-out to Shawn Eu, who has been an amazing agent (and now friend) in my whole house-hunting process.

This is my first home and understandably, I had lots of questions for every touch-point of the buying process. Shawn would always be patient, listen closely, and provide advice and thoughts in a way that’s very palatable and practical. I learnt a lot from him and always enjoyed our conversations even outside of the actual house-viewing.
