Welcome to Pegasus Property Solutions Pte Ltd. (“Pegasus”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.pegasusproperty.com.sg (the “Site”), and any related services we provide (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1.1 You agree to use our Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws of Singapore.
1.2 You must not:

    1.3 Pegasus reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of our Services.

2.1 All property information, descriptions, images, and data displayed on the Site (“Listing Information”) are provided for general informational purposes only.
2.2 Pegasus strives to ensure the accuracy of all Listing Information, but we make no warranties as to completeness, accuracy, or reliability. Property availability, pricing, and specifications are subject to change without notice.
2.3 You are encouraged to verify all information directly with our representatives before making any decisions or commitments.

  1. No Agency Relationship

3.1 Use of this Site or communication through it does not, by itself, create any contractual or agency relationship between you and Pegasus.
3.2 A formal relationship will only be established upon execution of a signed Sales Contract or Representation Agreement, which will include specific terms and obligations of both parties.

 

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, videos, designs, logos, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Pegasus and protected under intellectual property laws.
4.2 You may view or print portions of the Site for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Pegasus.

  1. User Submissions and Communications

5.1 By submitting any information, inquiries, or feedback through the Site, you grant Pegasus a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such content for legitimate business purposes.
5.2 You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of any third party.
5.3 Pegasus may record or monitor communications for training or quality assurance purposes.

  1. Commission and Professional Fees

6.1 All commissions or service fees related to property transactions will be set out in a written Sales Contract or Exclusive Agency Agreement.
6.2 Payment terms, commission structures, and the Minimum Sole Agency Period (if applicable) will be specified in those agreements.
6.3 Clients agree to pay such fees promptly upon completion of the transaction as defined in the contract.

  1. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Pegasus provides the Site and Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
7.2 Pegasus shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Use or inability to use the Site.
  • Reliance on information posted on the Site.
  • Any loss of data, business, or profits.

7.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pegasus, its directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

  1. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with Singapore’s PDPA.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
