Arthur began his real estate career in 1999 as a Real Estate Valuer with Pacific Abacus Valuers Pte Ltd, before joining DTZ Debenham Tie Leung (SEA) Pte Ltd, where he honed his analytical and valuation expertise in property taxation, feasibility studies, and real estate research. His precision and dedication soon earned him recognition as a Licensed Appraiser in Singapore, a testament to his technical depth and trustworthiness.

In 2005, Arthur transitioned to Ascendas-MGM Funds Management Ltd, the manager of Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust (A-REIT) — Singapore’s pioneering industrial REIT. Rising rapidly from Investment Analyst to Investment Manager, he played a pivotal role in spearheading multimillion-dollar acquisitions and structuring investment and development deals, including sale-and-leaseback, build-to-suit, and partial headlease projects for business park, high-tech industrial, and logistics assets. His work extended beyond acquisition — he also led due diligence, asset enhancement, and leasing initiatives that unlocked long-term value for stakeholders.

Arthur’s strategic insight and leadership continued to shine at Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management Ltd (Manager of Frasers Centrepoint Trust) from 2008, where he was instrumental in formulating asset plans to drive both income growth and capital appreciation. Among his key achievements was the joint venture with Ascendas for the development of an integrated mixed-use project at Changi Business Park, as well as the successful tender bid for a retail mall and residential site at Punggol, contributing directly to Frasers’ expansion and brand leadership.

In 2011, Arthur expanded his horizons regionally as Investment Manager at Keppel Land International Ltd, where he led joint venture deals in North Asia and the Middle East. His landmark achievement during this period was brokering a partnership with a listed company in Sri Lanka to develop a luxurious multi-million-dollar residential project in Colombo — a testament to his ability to navigate complex cross-border negotiations with diplomacy, vision, and precision.

Before joining Pegasus Property, Arthur served as Senior Director at E-Tech Building Services Pte Ltd, overseeing engineering and operations for the company’s Integrated Facilities Maintenance and Infrastructure Project Management units. His leadership guided the firm’s transformation from a modest SME into a thriving enterprise — growing its workforce from 10 to 180 employees over eight years through sound operational governance and a culture of excellence.

Today, as Senior Associate Director and Top Commercial Transactor at Pegasus Property, Arthur is one of the most respected commercial and industrial real estate professionals in the market. Arthur holds a Bachelor of Business (Property) from the University of South Australia and a Diploma in Building Management from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
